After the recent bad weather, a tree that has stood for over a 100 years on the banks of the River Laroch, came crashing down on Friday the 19th of December. Spreading itself not only across the river but two adjacent gardens. But thanks to the land owner, Charles Chisholm and his brothers Michael & Stewart and their able assistant David (Bear) Campbell, it was cut up and lifted by Michaels Crane, as seen on the attached photos taken on the day it was moved.
